To Connect:
From Windows Internet Explorer:
Click on the link above and enter the username and password into the pop-up window that appears.
To Upload:
Save the file you wish to upload on your desktop. Connect to the FTP and minimize/move the browser window so you can see the file. Drag the file from your desktop onto the white area of the browser window below the Directory. You should see a status bar with upload progress. When finished your file should be visible in the Directory.
To Download:
Connect to the FTP and find the file you wish to download in the Directory. Click the file name and choose "Download" in the pop-up window that appears. You can also drag the file from the window directly onto your desktop.
